Oscar Zulu was conceived, produced, and completed in two weeks as part of the first annual Outta Bounds Short Film Challenge. This sci-fi microshort (runtime: 3 minutes) stars Nancy Pop, Eric Santiago, Jeff Camp, and Johnny Zito and won Best Picture at the Outta Bounds Short Film Festival as well as Best Makeup/Wardrobe.
Howdy! I’m so excited to spend the next six weeks traveling throughout Europe. When I set my intentions for 2023, travel was at the top of my list. Visiting new places and learning about people through new cultures has always been a great passion of mine. From June 20th to August 2nd I’ll be globe trotting throughout Spain, Romania, and Italy and documenting my travels on Instagram. I’ll be using this time abroad to finish writing two new scripts, connecting with family, and going on a week-long hike through the Italian Alps!
I am thrilled to take on the role of Vladimir Putin in “The Farce of Cantaberry” as part of the New York Theater Festival, taking place at the Teatro Latea.

Hello hello! Like everyone, I have been hibernating over the holiday season with my loved ones. I had an exciting time in 2022 and am looking forward to seeing what 2023 will bring. In the meantime I’d like to share some of my 2022 highlights with you.

Pop plays the supporting role of Maya Cadieux, big sister and hotshot music producer to Dani Cadieux (Eloise Lola Gordon) in this queer drama by James Barker, Kimmie Devereux, and Richard Ormsby.
